Karin serves as the Sr. Program Manager for the Ship to Home Program at Dick’s Sporting Goods. In this role, Karin leads the strategy development and execution of innovative enhancements to the ship to home experience. Karin and her team bring together the deep data insights coupled with strong partnerships across the Dick’s Sporting Goods enterprise to relentlessly improve our performance in ship to home and to maximize the impact of the broad fulfillment network on every Athlete fulfillment experience. Karin has held numerous roles at Dick’s within the eCommerce business and prior to joining Dick’s held roles related to fulfillment at Wayfair.
